Windows Mobile Utilities
Below are a couple of Windows Mobile utilities that I've created, these are things that I've looked for out on the web, but haven't been able to find exactly what I was looking for.
SlimWatch
Slimwatch is a free, simple, touch friendly Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, and Alarm Clock for Windows Mobile devices (PocketPC only). Unlike most of the timers that I found out there, this does not rely on the ultra bloated .NET compact framework. While some of those applications were “small” on the disk, once they are running in memory, some were using from 1mb to 3mb of memory, just for a simple timer!!! SimWatch consumes only about 104-116kb of RAM while running, freeing up RAM for all of those other applications you are running!

Usage:
Simply
copy the .CAB file to your PocketPC and click it, it will be
installed onto your device.
To add a timer to the screen, tap and
hold an empty area, and a timer will be added to the screen. To
configure the timer, tap the “gears” icon to the left of
the timer, and you can configure the type of timer that will be
displayed.
To start a timer, tap the timer, and it will begin
counting. The exception to this are alarm clock timers, which you
must tap and hold to enable/disable.
To reset a countdown or
stopwatch timer, tap and hold it, and it will be reset.
Timers
can be deleted by clicking the “X” icon to the right of
the timer.
Timers that are sounding an alarm can be tapped to stop
the alarm.
General Settings for the timers can be set by clicking the Menu at the lower right hand side, and selecting settings, where you can configure the alarm types, and the file that will be used for the alarm sound.
The timers can be left to run in the background by clicking the “X” at the upper right hand corner of the application. If you'd like to completely close the timer application, select the “Menu” at the bottom right hand side of the screen, and select “Exit”. Note that any running timers and alarms will be stopped, and alarms will not signal! (The application will warn you if you have active timers running). If you want the timer app to run in the background and wake up when a timer has expired (or an alarm time is reached), simply tap the 'X' in the upper right hand corner, and SlimWatch will continue to run in the background.
Uninstalling:
SlimWatch
can be easily uninstalled by going into the control panel, and using
the add/remove programs utilitiy.
